Information visitors provide

Visitors may choose to call the restaurant, request directions, browse the menu, open promotions, or continue to online ordering. This website does not collect payment card information, completed-order details, customer-list uploads, or website form submissions in the current implementation.

Online ordering is completed through Menufy, which operates the external ordering experience reached from Order Online links. Manhattan NY Pizza does not control Menufy's ordering environment, checkout, payment processing, or privacy practices.

Website storage and privacy choices

Necessary storage is used for core website functions and to remember your privacy choices. Necessary storage cannot be turned off through the website controls.

The consent-preference cookie is named soflow_consent. It stores a versioned record of your Analytics and Advertising choices, the policy version, a decision ID, the decision source, and the update time. It does not store identity, contact, order, payment, or audience-member data.

Consent choices are retained for 180 days by the current technical default. The duration is configurable. If a consent record is missing, malformed, expired, or from an unsupported version, the website treats the choice as unknown and returns optional categories to off until you choose again.

Analytics measurement

Analytics is optional and requires explicit opt-in. If Analytics is denied or unknown, Google Analytics is not loaded by this website, GA4 PageView is not sent, custom GA4 events are not sent, and pre-consent activity is not replayed.

If you allow Analytics, this site may load Google Analytics to help understand website visits and interactions. The current page view may be sent once after Analytics is allowed. Existing approved GA4 events may include order-intent clicks, phone clicks, direction clicks, promotion clicks, menu item clicks, sticky utility actions, article CTA clicks, and related article clicks.

These events do not mean a purchase happened and do not include revenue. If Analytics is later revoked, the site updates consent, blocks future site-level GA4 dispatch, and performs best-effort cleanup for accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies such as allowlisted _ga cookie families.

The website uses Google Basic Consent Mode for Analytics. Analytics consent does not grant Google advertising consent. Google advertising dimensions remain denied: ad_storage: denied, ad_user_data: denied, and ad_personalization: denied.

Advertising measurement

Advertising is optional and requires explicit opt-in. If Advertising is denied or unknown, the Meta Pixel is not loaded by this website, Meta browser events are not sent, and pre-consent activity is not replayed.

If you allow Advertising, this site may load the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and selected actions after consent. Meta may receive approved browser-event context such as the page route, referrer host, browser and device information, network information, Meta cookie identifiers when present, and approved event context for PageView and selected intent events.

Selected intent events may include an OrderIntent when a visitor selects an order button. OrderIntent is an intent signal only, is not a Meta Purchase event, does not mean an order was completed, and does not include order value, currency, revenue, contents, payment data, customer email, customer phone, customer name, full address, or completed-order details.

Meta Conversions API remains inactive, Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled, and this website does not send website customer-data matching fields to Meta. If Advertising is later revoked, future website Pixel dispatch is stopped and the site performs best-effort cleanup for accessible first-party Meta cookie names such as _fbp and _fbc if they are present. Revocation does not delete data already transmitted to Meta before revocation.

What this website does not currently measure

The current website does not send a Meta Purchase event, does not send a CAPI event, does not run a Meta API Gateway or serverless CAPI endpoint, does not upload website customer lists, does not treat order clicks as completed purchases, and does not claim Menufy checkout or completed-order attribution.

Campaign context

After the relevant consent choice, the site may remember first-touch, session-touch, and latest-touch campaign context in browser session storage. This can include UTM parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, and term, plus path-only landing route and host-only referrer information.

Advertising click identifiers such as fbclid are not stored for advertising use unless Advertising consent is granted. The runtime does not fabricate _fbp or _fbc.

Third-party services and external links

  • Automatically loaded provider: Google Fonts loads for page display.
  • Consent-gated provider: Google Analytics loads only after Analytics consent.
  • Consent-gated provider: Meta Pixel loads only after Advertising consent.
  • User-initiated embed: The home page press video loads a YouTube No-Cookie iframe only after the visitor chooses to load the video.
  • Maps: The Location page includes a Google Maps embed, and Directions links open Google Maps.
  • External ordering: Menufy operates the external ordering destination reached from Order Online links.
  • External links: Footer links to Facebook, Yelp, and YouTube are outbound links, not active website measurement integrations.
  • Inactive provider path: Meta CAPI is not active in the current runtime.

Changing choices and deletion limits

You can change or revoke choices at any time by using the Privacy choices link in the footer or the button on this page. Revocation blocks future site-level use of the revoked category and triggers best-effort local cookie cleanup where the website can access the relevant first-party cookies.

The website cannot guarantee deletion of data already transmitted to a provider before revocation, and provider-controlled cookies or provider-side data may follow the provider's own configuration, browser limits, and retention rules rather than this website's 180-day consent-choice duration.

Children, security, and updates

This website is intended for restaurant visitors and is not directed to children. The website uses reasonable technical safeguards, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

This policy describes current practices for this website. We may update it if site features, approved measurement tools, providers, or legal requirements change.
